RegistrationTo register, complete the registration form and mail it to us with your deposit. Please indicate a first and second choice for dates as seminars can fill quickly. Depending on your skills and experience, we may request additional information before accepting your registration. With an acceptable registration form, spaces are filled on a first-deposit, first-booked basis. Successful applicants will receive a written confirmation and additional details such as an equipment list and accommodation options. You will also receive a sample copy of the release and waiver that you will be required to sign in person upon arrival. It is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand the sample release and waiver prior to attending. Refusal to sign the waiver and release upon arrival at the seminar will constitute a cancellation on your part. Full payment of seminar fees must be received 2 months prior to the seminar start date.
